Hi, I'm Sarah Thomas. I'm a life coach and I help my clients create lives they feel like they were born to live.
I became a life coach after working as a public defender in Atlanta, Georgia, for ten years. Criminal defense was a lifelong dream for me, and I loved it, but my favorite part of it was the work I did with my clients outside of court.
I loved sitting down with a new client and helping them understand their situation. I loved learning as much about their life circumstances as I could, and discussing how the case could affect their life. Most of all, I loved helping them regain their focus and reconnect with their power.
I can't keep count of the times I was asked, "What's best for me?" My job was not to decide that for my clients, but to help them make that decision. Guiding people from feeling overwhelmed and wishing they could rewrite the past, into awareness of their power in the present-- that was and is my dream job, and it's how I work as a coach.
As a coach and consultant, I've worked with individuals, groups, and organizations to look their challenges square in the face and quickly determine their priorities and best course of action.
My projects have ranged from leading small workshops to defining a coaching program for a nonprofit, including writing their training materials and training their team in best practices for coaching. I also lead an online collaborative course called The Larger Life, which I developed to make my signature workshop available to as many people as possible.
I'm a graduate of Emory University School of Law and an affiliate member of the Institute of Coaching at McLean Hospital, Harvard Medical School.
If you're struggling to find clarity and reconnect with your power, I'd love to help. Contact me at email@example.com to set up a free consultation.
